Deskripsi pekerjaan FINANCE STAFF NORINCO INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION LTD.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily cash and bank transactions (receipts, payments, transfers, deposits, petty cash)
- Input transactions into the system with complete supporting documents
- Perform daily reconciliation of cash and bank records and prepare cash flow reports
- Verify payment documents (invoices, POs, receipts) and process vendor payments and reimbursements based on approved documentation
- Manage banking activities and archive financial records in an organized and systematic manner
- Liaise with local banks, maintain online banking tokens, prepare bank statements, and collect relevant banking documents
Requirements:
- Female, 20 - 28 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related major
- Fluent in Business English is a must, fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
- Relevant finance experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proactive, detail-oriented, honest, responsible & strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to maintain confidentially of company data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PPT / ERP or internet banking system
