Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in Finance, Management, or related field.
- Experience in finance administration is an advantage (Open to fresh graduate)
- Familiar with cash flow management and cash & bank transactions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Personal Traits: Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily finance operations, including cash, bank transactions, and daily bank reconciliation/balancing.
- Monitor cash flow to ensure operational fund availability and conduct regular cash counts against system records.
- Process and monitor accounts payable (AP), including operational payments, vendor/third-party payments, and employee reimbursements.
- Verify and match payment requests, disbursement receipts, and supporting documents before processing in the system.
- Reconcile expenditure-related VAT (PPN) and Withholding Tax (PPh), ensuring alignment between receipts, payments, and bank mutations.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding finance transactions and ensure compliance with internal procedures and approvals.
