Job Description
- Record and monitor inventory transactions, including incoming and outgoing goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock balances.
- Conduct regular stock opname and reconcile physical stock with records.
- Identify and follow up on inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Monitor stock movement and availability for online and offline sales.
- Verify inventory-related documents and transactions.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Store, and Sales teams regarding inventory data.
- Assist with basic finance and accounting administration as required.
- Perform other duties related to Finance & Accounting as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Finance & Accounting Staff, Inventory Staff, or related position.
- Good understanding of inventory management and stock opname.
- Experienced in manual inventory recording and reconciliation.
- Understand inventory flow for both online and offline sales.
- Able to identify and follow up on stock discrepancies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially basic formulas and Pivot Table.
- Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and analytical.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to work onsite (WFO) in Tangerang.
