About the role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Staff to support the finance operations of our companies. This role requires strong analytical skills, good coordination, and the ability to work with tight deadlines in a dynamic, multi-company environment.
Requirements:
- D3/S1 in Accounting/Finance/Tax or related degrees.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in the same field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
- Have a knowledge of taxation regulation in Indonesia.
- Good understanding of Value Added Tax (VAT), PPh21, PPh 23, 4 ayat (2)
- Familiar with e-faktur, online-djp, online-pajak, e-bupot, Coretax DJP.
- Have Brevet A and Brevet B certification is a plus.
- Have experience operating Accounting Software.
- Ability to conduct systematical document filing.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills, and attention to details.
- Highly organized, committed to delivering high-quality works and inquisitive with great follow-up.
- Ability to adapt, work in team and individually.
- Ready to join immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor company financial balances and manage cash flow planning.
- Ensure availability of funds for operational needs and prepare payment requests for PO, supplier invoices, and other expenses.
- Verify incoming payments, maintain accurate payment documentation, and organize all financial records.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure completeness of purchasing documents and follow up pending payment items.
- Handle monthly processes including Tax PPh 21, 23, 4(2) calculation, salary transfers, ID Billing creation, and tax reporting submissions.
- Manage and coordinate payment schedules with suppliers/forwarders.
- Maintain communication with tax consultants and support annual tax reporting and compliance.
