Description:
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely collections and payments
- Prepare and review periodic financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Manage all tax obligations: PPh 21, 23, 4(2), 25, 29, and PPN, along with Coretax reporting and issuance of withholding tax certificates
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
- Develop and enhance internal finance SOPs, controls, and documentation
- Provide financial insights and perform ad-hoc analysis to support management decisions
- Support budgeting processes and conduct variance analysis across departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in banking and fintech
- 1-4 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, PSAK, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in Coretax, e-Faktur, and accounting software such as Accurate, Jurnal, or Xero
- Advancent Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, basic financial modeling)
- Proven ability to manage financial closing independently and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Willing to work onsite in Jakarta and available to start immediately
Nice to have:
- Experience in payment gateway or e-money licensing
- Brevet A & B certification (Brevet C is an advantage)
- Experience in handling multi-entity, multi currency, or consolidated financial reporting
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan or Bank Indonesia
