Job description
Job Description :
- Key accountabilities include ensuring timely preparation of financial and management and management reports to management
- Supporting the Department of Finance and Corporate Services in developing and delivering the organisation’s financial and business strategy
- Continuous review of financial, control and management information systems and procedures
- Updating, reviewing, and documenting the organisation’s financial policies and procedures
- Improving the systems surrounding all aspects of the organisation’s budgets, forecast, and business planning
- Providing the periodic management accounts and other reports as required for senior management and the board
- Preparing and analyzing cashflow statements, income and expenditure accounts and balance sheet accounts
- Manage and oversees the daily operations
- Review, enhance, streamline and monitor finance workflow and internal controls
Requirement :
- S1 Finance or equivalent
- Maximum 35 years old
- At least 2 – 5 year(s) of working experience
- Flexible and able to respond to change
- Solutions focused with a can do attitude
- Good communicator and effective team worker
- Have a good knowledge of ERP system
