Salary: Rp 8,000,000 – 10,000,000/month (probation)

About the Role
As Finance Staff at our Bekasi factory, you'll be part of a supportive finance team handling the day-to-day financial tasks that keep operations running smoothly. This isn't a high-pressure solo role you'll work alongside fellow finance team members in a collaborative environment where you can learn and grow.
What do we need? Someone reliable, honest, and able to communicate in Mandarin because our working environment involves Chinese-speaking leadership and coordination.

What You'll Do
- Handle day-to-day financial recording, bookkeeping, and basic transactions at the factory.
- Prepare simple financial reports, expense summaries, and supporting documents.
- Monitor petty cash, invoices, and payment records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and Chinese-speaking management as needed.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files.
- Work together with the finance team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Femaale candidate.
- Fresh graduates are welcome a background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Able to speak and understand Mandarin/Chinese (mandatory).
- Honest, detail-oriented, and trustworthy these are non-negotiable.
- Able to work Monday to Saturday (6 days/week).
- Willing to be based on-site at our Bekasi factory.
- Comfortable with factory working environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- A team player who is willing to learn and grow.
