We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Finance Staff (Cashier Function) to support our branch operational activities. This role will be responsible for handling daily financial transactions at the branch, ensuring accurate cash management, and preparing financial reports to Head Office in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily cashier transactions for travel-related products and services (flight tickets, tour packages, hotel bookings, visa services, etc.)
- Receive and process payments via cash, transfer, debit/credit card, QRIS, and other payment methods
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and branch closing reports
- Prepare and submit branch financial reports to Head Office accurately and on schedule
- Monitor and maintain petty cash transactions and supporting documentation
- Verify payment receipts and ensure transaction accuracy in the system
- Coordinate with operational and sales teams regarding payment status and customer transactions
- Assist in handling refunds, reschedules, or financial adjustments related to travel transactions
- Ensure proper filing and completeness of financial documents and supporting evidence
- Maintain compliance with company finance procedures and internal controls
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 year of experience as Cashier, Finance Staff, Admin Finance, or similar role (experience in retail, hospitality, or travel industry is an advantage)
- Familiar with cash handling, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic finance administration
- Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and responsible in handling financial transactions
- Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively with branch and Head Office teams
- Willing to work in mall operational hours, including weekends/public holidays if required
- Placement at branch/mall outlet
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using finance systems, POS systems, or ERP
- Familiarity with travel business operations and transaction flow
