Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Min 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Basic understanding of financial regulations and invoice processing procedures
Job Descriptions :
- Manage and process all payments to third parties/vendors in a timely manner.
- Ensure the accuracy of invoice details received from vendors.
- Record all payment transactions accurately in the financial system.
- Schedule vendor payments according to due dates and company policy.
- Prepare and maintain detailed accounts payable reports and aging lists.
