Finance Specialist
Location: Tangerang | Hybrid
We're looking for a Finance Specialist who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across numbers, reporting, and day-to-day financial operations.
In this role, you'll help keep Sejalan's financial processes running smoothly—from managing AR & AP, preparing financial reports, handling tax-related matters, to making sure every transaction is properly recorded and followed up.
You'll work closely with internal teams and external parties to ensure our financial operations are accurate, organized, and on track.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day finance operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and financial records accurately and on time.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, invoices, and outstanding balances.
- Handle tax administration and reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Reconcile bank accounts, transactions, and financial records regularly.
- Prepare payment requests and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely payments.
- Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments when needed.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized financial documentation.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial closing and reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams and external parties on finance-related matters.
- Identify discrepancies or potential issues in financial transactions and help resolve them.
- Support finance-related administrative and operational needs as required.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience handling financial reporting, tax, AR, and AP.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
- Familiar with tax administration and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Able to work independently while collaborating well with different teams.
- Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented.
- Experience in a creative agency, startup, or fast-paced environment is a plus.
