Finance Specialist

Urgently needed a passionate Finance Specialist to join our team to do and arrange our payment process and tax needs.

What you'll do:

1. Handle end-to-end payment processes, including payment requests, document verification, payment processing, and payment records.
2. Manage accounts payable (AP), including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and outstanding payables.
3. Prepare and process tax calculations, payments, and reporting, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Final, and PPN.
4. Maintain accurate financial and tax documentation.
5. Perform bank reconciliation and financial transaction recording.
6. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely payments and complete documentation.
7. Support monthly financial closing and other finance-related tasks.

What we're looking for:

1. Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounts payable, or tax administration.
3. Good understanding of payment processes and Indonesian tax regulations.
4. Able to speak English in a professional setting.
5. Familiar with Coretax, e-Bupot, and e-Faktur is an advantage.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
7. Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
8. Able to join immediately.
