Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance Senior Staff PT ZAMRUD SINAR NUSANTARA
Responsibilities:
• Manage petty cash and the company's bank account balance.
• Prepare and make payments to vendors/suppliers according to approved schedules and procedures.
• Create and send invoices to customers and monitor the collection process (AR monitoring).
• Record all financial transactions (cash in/out) accurately and timely.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare daily and/or weekly cash reports.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and supporting data for tax reporting purposes.
• Coordinate with relevant departments in cash flow management and financial administration.

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a Finance/Accounting position.
• Understand the basics of accounting and taxation.
• Able to manage cash flow effectively.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and banking systems.
• High level of honesty, integrity, and responsibility.
• Thorough, disciplined, and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to be placed in Batam.
