Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance Operations PT Kalayudha Group Indonesia
Finance Operations
Responsibilities:
1. Validate MCU event data from the Operations team after verification from the client.
2. Issue and send both soft and hard copies of invoices on schedule.
3. Ensure client payments are aligned with Terms of Payment (TOP) and coordinate with the Sales Team for any delays.
4. Collaborate with referral health facilities for walk-in services, including facility name, pricing, and location.
5. Complete monthly invoicing by the 5th calendar day and send payment reminders before due dates.
6. Generate payment links based on confirmed orders and provide them to CS.
7. CS logs order details and records the source of referrals in the master order tracker.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in Finance Operations or a related field, with healthcare experience preferred.
3. Proficiency in accounting software, invoicing systems, and accuracy in data handling.
4. Ability to collaborate across teams and meet deadlines.
5. Maintain confidentiality in handling client information.
