Location: Canggu, Bali
Responsibilities:
* Cash flow management.
* Develop and execute payment strategies aligned with tax planning.
* Review and approve payments.
* Lead financial planning and budgeting.
* Report budget vs. actual performance to manager or owner / CEO
* Develop management dashboards, financial models, and KPIs.
* Drive cost control and profitability improvement.
* Evaluate investments, capital expenditure (CapEx), and business cases.
* Improve finance processes, systems, policies, and internal controls.
* Manage banking relationships and financing.
* Lead finance digitalization and ERP implementation.
* Partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Tax to support business decisions.
* Lead and develop the Finance team.
* Support the owner / CEO on strategic initiatives and business expansion.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance, with at least 2 years leading a team.
* Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis.
* Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; financial modeling is a must.
* Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Accurate is a plus).
* Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
