We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Staff to support our day-to-day financial operations. If you enjoy working with numbers, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to smooth financial processes, we'd love to meet you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and record invoices in the internal database system.
- Record all income from project-based work, including received payments, revenue recognition, and disbursement allocations to partners.
- Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare bank cash vouchers for all incoming and outgoing transactions, complete with supporting documentation.
- Compile a daily payment list and conduct cross-checking (maker role) prior to managerial approval.
- Coordinate with the tax consultant by updating new employee data for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Submit required invoices to the tax consultant for timely tax reporting.
- Calculate the company’s monthly income and share the report with the tax consultant.
- Manage and monitor internal petty cash usage and reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or accounting/financial software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Notes: Willing to work on-site at Tanjung Duren, Jakarta Barat and available to join immediately.
