Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented FAT (Finance, Accounting, and Tax) professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing the accounting cycle, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial reporting, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance:
- Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor company cash flow, investments, and financial risks.
- Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Accounting:
- Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Review and ensure accuracy of journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger accounts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Maintain internal control procedures and support internal/external audits.
Tax:
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, etc.).
- Keep up to date with tax regulations and ensure company compliance.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and authorities as needed.
- Assist in tax planning strategies and risk management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA, CA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
- Minimum 1–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and taxation.
- Strong knowledge of local and international accounting and tax regulations.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced in a senior or supervisory role.
- Familiarity with multinational company operations and cross-border tax issues.
- Ability to lead projects and work cross-functionally with other departments.
