Finance Officer

Job Description :

- Responsible for day-to-day operation of the overall accounting functions which includes month end closing, preparing related journal entries and reconciliations, fixed assets register, account receivable, account payable

- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial report.

- Assist in planning, execution and monitoring of annual budget, variance analysis and cash flow projection.

- Monitor debtors aging, billing, and collection, initiate necessary action in accordance with the procedures for delinquent accounts, if any.

- Monitor creditors aging, review, and process claims, substantiating documentation and distributing payment.

- Review accounting transactions and documentations to ensure compliance with statutory requirement.

- Liaise with auditor, tax agent and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirement.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in accounting/ Finance or above. Professional certification will be an advantage.

- 3-5 years of relevant field working experience as Finance & Accounting Manager

- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point/ and accounting software especially Accurate

- Proficient tax basics

- Able to multitask and work in a challenging fast paced environment.

- Excellent time management and committed to work efficiently.

- Meticulous, detail-oriented, analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills.

- Able to work independently as well as interface with all relevant internal teams and external business partners if required.
