Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance Officer PT Prasanna Danya Wirya
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Staff member to join our finance team. The Finance Staff will assist in various financial activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure timely payments.
- Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain organized financial records.
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets to track financial information.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Support the finance team in generating reports for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Support the finance team in managing cash transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in finance or accounting is a plus, but not required.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
