We are looking for Mandarin Speakers to fill various positions in our company. If you are a fresh graduate with strong Mandarin language skills, this is a great opportunity to start your career with us!
As a Mandarin Speaker, you will:
- Communicate in Mandarin with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding finance-related matters.
- Assist in translating financial documents, reports, and other work materials from/to Mandarin.
- Support the Finance team in preparing financial reports, financial data, and documentation.
- Handle and maintain the company's tax administration and tax-related systems, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Assist in stock opname activities, including inventory counting, reconciliation, and documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to support finance, tax, and inventory-related processes.
- Assist with other Finance-related tasks and projects based on company needs.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 years of work experience.
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) – minimum HSK 4 or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic environment.
