PT Kemasindo Cepat Nusantara, an International Freight Forwarding & Export-Import Company, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to lead our finance function and support our growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the company's finance, accounting, treasury, and tax functions.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
- Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
- Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of Finance & Accounting experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, Export-Import, or Supply Chain is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, and cost control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
