We are assisting one of our clients, a MSME engage in Herbal Industry is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Supervisor. In this role, you will work closely with the HR Consultant to build and improve the company’s HR system and people management practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Oversee financial reporting, closing, and reconciliation.
- Monitor financial performance and business profitability.
- Manage e-commerce transactions, returns, and promotions.
- Coordinate with tax consultants.
- Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Improve financial processes, controls, and policies.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- At least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Experience in e-commerce or multi-channel business is preferred.
- Strong financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Advanced Excel and financial software skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
