Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance Manager PT. Usaha Pintar Pratama
Job Description :
• Manage company cash / cash flow management
• Maintain a good relationship with bank
• Monitor budget by the company
• Monitoring acceptance from the Collection team (B2B & B2C)
• Prepare financial reports, business reports, and financial forecasts
• Responsible for team performance and play a role in coaching & developing team members
• Responsible for all financial aspects including daily, monthly, yearly operations as well as statutory reporting
• Monitor the use of loans
• Manage and monitor treasury activities to optimize the use of internal funds.
Qualification :
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields with an excellent academic background
• Candidates must have a proven track record in financial management and accounting, preferably developed in retail, supply chain related environment.
• Experience using accounting and financial reporting systems.
• Experience with government regulations related to grants and contracts.
• Good understanding in Indonesian Tax Law regulations (for all related taxes such as VAT, withholding tax, PPh-21,22,23,25,29, 4 (2), and eSPT is preffered
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Good communication in English both oral and written
• Have experience in financial audit is preferred
• Hard worker, detail-oriented, and analytical thinking
• Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
• Detailed Oriented.
