FINANCE DIRECTOR / FINANCE MANAGER
We are a growing company looking for an experienced Finance Leader to oversee and elevate our financial operations and tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage all financial and accounting operations.
2. Prepare accurate standard monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with financial reporting standards.
3. Oversee corporate tax planning, compliance, and all local Indonesian taxation affairs.
4. Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a CFO, Finance Director, Finance Manager, or similar senior executive position.
- Technical Mastery: Proficient in preparing standard monthly/annual financial statements and highly knowledgeable in Indonesian local tax regulations and operations.
- Age & Background: Age 30 and above (Open to male and female candidates).
- Communication: Open to local Indonesian candidates or Chinese-Indonesians. Fluency in English or Mandarin is strongly preferred to facilitate smooth communication with leadership.
Preferred Qualifications (Plus Factors)
Prior work experience in the FMCG or F&B (Food & Beverage) industry.
Previous experience working in a Chinese company.
