Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, a Master’s degree or professional certifications (CPA & CFA) are preferred
- Has at least 5 years of managerial role; proficient in tax regulations, modern accounting/ERP systems, and capable of producing accurate, transparent, and timely financial reports according to standards.
- Experienced in supervising teams, coaching employees, and planning strategic departmental improvements; demonstrates strong leadership, high integrity, and the ability to build a solid and productive team.
- Skilled in budget planning, cash flow management, strict fund utilization control, and conducting financial statement analysis to support profitability improvement strategies.
- Possesses strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English
