Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Finance Manager who can manage end-to-end finance operations, from financial reporting, taxation, to internal control and audit. This role will lead the finance team and ensure financial health, compliance, and efficiency across the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Prepare and oversee accurate financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow)
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
- Monitor company financial performance and provide insights to management
- Maintain proper accounting records in compliance with accounting standards
2. Tax Management (Critical)
- Handle all tax-related matters (PPN, PPh, and other applicable taxes)
- Ensure accurate tax calculation, reporting, and submission
- Liaise with tax consultants and authorities when needed
- Stay updated with latest tax regulations and ensure compliance
3. Internal Control & Audit
- Establish and maintain internal control systems
- Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and prevent risks
- Improve financial processes and SOPs for better efficiency
- Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness
4. Finance Operations (End-to-End)
- Oversee full finance cycle: AR, AP, budgeting, cash flow management
- Manage company cash flow and ensure healthy financial position
- Support business decisions with financial analysis and forecasting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in finance/accounting (agency/startup experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge in Indonesian taxation (PPN, PPh is a MUST)
- Experienced in preparing full set of financial statements (FS, BS, IS)
- Experience in internal audit and financial control
- Familiar with accounting software (Accurate is a plus)
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work hands-on while managing a team

- Experience handling multi-entity or holding structure
- Experience working with auditors / tax consultants
- Familiar with budgeting & financial planning
