Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or Taxation.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting, finance, and taxation, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in financial accounting, tax management, budgeting, and auditing, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, creative, media, e-commerce, or related agencies.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax planning, and compliance in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
Experience managing multi-entity companies and intercompany transactions is preferred.
Experience handling client-based/project-based accounting, including revenue recognition, project costs, vendor payments, and client billing.
Proficient in Accurate accounting software, MS Excel, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
Mandarin speaker preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounting, tax, and financial reporting across group entities.
Lead budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning.
Oversee tax compliance, audits, and internal controls.
Monitor agency profitability, costs, and financial risks.
Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management.
