Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounting department.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Manage corporate tax planning, reporting, and tax audits.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Establish and improve internal control systems and financial procedures.
- Collaborate with headquarters and cross-functional teams in Mandarin.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Taxation (PPN, PPh, e-Faktur, Coretax, and tax reporting).
- Experience in manufacturing companies is preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
