岗位核心定位:全面统筹印尼公司财务核算、财税合规、资金管控、预算管理及内控体系建设,衔接中国总部与印尼本地财税、审计、金融机构,保障印尼公司财务合规高效运营,为海外业务经营决策提供核心财务支撑。
二、岗位职责
1. 全盘财务统筹管理:全面负责印尼公司日常全盘财务工作,搭建并完善适配中印尼双准则的财务核算体系、内控管理制度,规范账务处理、费用报销、往来账款、固定资产、存货成本等全流程财务管理工作,保障财务工作标准化、规范化运行。
2. 财税合规与风险管控:实时跟进印尼本地会计准则、税务政策更新,严格落实增值税、企业所得税、个人所得税等各类税种的申报、缴纳、汇算清缴工作;统筹进出口关税、清关成本、业务税费测算,规避税务、账务合规风险,主动争取本地合法财税优惠政策;处理税务核查、罚款申诉等事宜,保障企业财税零违规。
3. 预算经营与数据分析:牵头编制印尼公司年度、季度、月度财务预算,全程管控预算执行情况,定期开展预算差异分析、经营效益分析、成本费用分析;按月输出财务报表、经营分析报告、滚动预测数据,精准复盘经营情况,为总部及本地管理层业务决策、战略调整提供数据支撑。
4. 资金与投融资管理:统筹印尼公司资金全盘管控,负责现金流预测、资金调度、账户管理、外汇结算等工作,合理把控资金周转率;对接本地银行机构,负责融资对接、贷款办理、授信维护等工作,优化资金结构,降低资金运营成本,保障企业资金链稳定安全。
5. 审计对接与资料归档:全面对接总部内部审计、第三方会计师事务所审计、印尼本地法定审计工作,整理审核各类财务凭证、台账、合规资料,高效配合审计核查工作,跟进审计问题整改落地,形成闭环管理;建立完善财务档案管理制度,完成各类财税资料、账务档案的整理、归档、留存工作。
6. 外联对接与团队管理:负责维护印尼本地税务局、财政局、银行、审计机构等政企合作关系,搭建稳定的本地财务外联渠道;统筹本地财务团队日常管理、工作分工、技能指导,规范团队工作流程,提升团队整体工作效率。
7. 跨部门协同与落地执行:联动业务、采购、生产、销售等各部门,做好成本核算、毛利管控、费用审核、财务风控等工作,及时解决业务运营中的财务问题,赋能海外业务高效拓展;严格落实总部财务管理制度及各项工作指令,同步对接海内外财务工作衔接事宜。
三、任职要求
1. 学历与专业:本科及以上学历,财务、会计、金融、财务管理等相关专业,持有CPA、ACCA、中级及以上会计师职称者优先。
2. 工作经验:2年以上全盘财务管理工作经验,有制造业/外贸企业财务经理实操经验者优先。
3. 专业能力:精通中国会计准则,能够快速学习印尼本地财税法规及IFRS国际准则;具备扎实的成本核算、预算管理、财务分析、风险管控能力,能够在集团指导下搭建海外公司财务内控体系。
4. 语言与技能:英语/印尼语可进行基本沟通,可作为工作语言优先;熟练操作Office办公软件、财务ERP系统。
5. 综合素质:年龄40周岁及以下,具备独立工作能力、统筹协调能力、风险预判能力;责任心强、抗压能力突出。
6. 其他要求:无不良从业记录,职业素养良好。
JOB VACANCY — FINANCE MANAGER (Chinese Nationals or Mandarin Speaker Preferred)

Job Overview
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall financial and accounting operations of the company's Indonesian entity, including financial reporting, tax compliance, cash flow management, budgeting, financial analysis, and internal control development.
This role will serve as a key liaison between the Indonesian entity and the China headquarters, as well as local tax authorities, auditors, banks, and other financial institutions. The successful candidate will ensure compliant, efficient, and well-controlled financial operations while providing accurate financial insights to support business decisions and the company's growth in Indonesia.
**Preferred Candidate Profile:** Chinese nationals are preferred. However, highly qualified Indonesian candidates with strong Mandarin communication skills will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
1. Overall Financial and Accounting Management
- Oversee the full scope of the company's financial and accounting operations in Indonesia.
- Establish and continuously improve financial accounting and reporting systems that meet Indonesian accounting requirements and the Group's reporting needs, taking into account relevant Chinese accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal control systems.
- Supervise transaction recording, expense claims and reimbursements, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, inventory management, and cost accounting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established procedures.
2. Tax Compliance and Risk Management
- Monitor changes in Indonesian accounting and tax regulations and ensure their proper implementation.
- Oversee the calculation, filing, and payment of applicable taxes, including Value Added Tax (VAT), Corporate Income Tax, Individual Income Tax, and other relevant tax obligations.
- Supervise the calculation of import duties, customs clearance costs, and taxes related to import and export activities.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate tax and accounting compliance risks.
- Identify and utilize legally available tax incentives and benefits in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Handle tax audits, inquiries from tax authorities, and tax objection or appeal procedures where necessary.
3. Budgeting, Financial Planning, and Business Analysis
- Lead the preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly financial budgets.
- Monitor budget execution and analyze variances between budgeted and actual performance.
- Conduct financial performance, profitability, operating cost, and business efficiency analyses.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, business performance analyses, and rolling financial forecasts.
- Provide accurate financial data, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making by local management and China headquarters, including business performance reviews and strategic adjustments.
4. Cash Flow, Banking, and Financing Management
- Oversee the company's cash flow, funding requirements, fund allocation, and bank account management.
- Manage foreign exchange transactions and cross-currency settlements in accordance with business requirements.
- Monitor liquidity and optimize the use of funds to maintain financial stability.
- Liaise with local banks regarding financing facilities, loan applications, and credit facility management.
- Optimize the company's funding structure and reduce financing and treasury costs while maintaining appropriate financial risk controls.
5. Audit Coordination and Financial Documentation
- Act as the primary liaison for Group internal audits, external audits conducted by public accounting firms, and statutory audits required under Indonesian regulations.
- Prepare, review, and ensure the completeness of financial documents, supporting transaction records, accounting schedules, and compliance documentation required for audits.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure that audit findings are properly addressed and corrective actions are completed.
- Establish and maintain systematic filing and retention procedures for financial and tax documents to ensure that records are complete, organized, and readily accessible.
6. External Relations and Finance Team Management
- Build and maintain professional relationships with local tax authorities, relevant government institutions, banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders in Indonesia.
- Manage the daily activities of the local finance team, including task allocation, work supervision, technical guidance, and competency development.
- Standardize team workflows and improve overall productivity and operational efficiency.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination and Group Policy Implementation
- Work closely with relevant departments, including operations, procurement, production, and sales, on cost accounting, gross profit margin control, expense reviews, and financial risk management.
- Provide financial solutions to operational challenges and support the company's business expansion in Indonesia.
- Ensure consistent implementation of financial policies, procedures, and directives issued by China headquarters.
- Coordinate financial reporting requirements and operational processes between the Indonesian entity and China headquarters.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Education and Professional Certifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or an intermediate-level or higher accounting professional certification are preferred.
2. Work Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in full-set accounting and overall financial management.
- Experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance position within a manufacturing or international trading company is preferred.
3. Technical Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Chinese Accounting Standards, with the ability to quickly learn and apply Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.
- Understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the ability to align financial reporting with Group requirements.
- Strong capabilities in cost accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and financial risk management.
- Ability to develop internal financial control systems for overseas entities under the guidance of China headquarters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial or accounting ERP systems.
4. Language Skills
- Able to communicate in English and/or Indonesian for work-related purposes.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred, particularly for communication and coordination with China headquarters.
- The ability to use English or Indonesian as a working language will be an advantage.
