Finance Manager (Bali)

Nongbu Market, known as Healthy Food Bali, is a local business dedicated to providing wholesome, nutritious meals made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We believe in promoting a healthy lifestyle through food that supports both body and mind. Located in Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung, Bali, we are expanding our team and seeking a Finance Manager to join our growing organization. This role is essential in ensuring the financial health of our business and supporting our mission to deliver quality food with integrity. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of Nongbu Market, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will manage accounts payable and receivable, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and prepare monthly and annual financial statements. The role also involves analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the Finance Manager will lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Strong communication skills are required to collaborate with other departments and provide clear financial insights to leadership.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the food or hospitality industry, is required. Proficiency in cost control, financial statements, accounting, and financial analysis is essential. Candidates should have strong English language skills, along with leadership abilities and a keen attention to detail.
