Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes, including budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, reconciliation, taxation, and Accounts Payable/Receivable.
- Good understanding of internal controls and financial compliance to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
