The Finance Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Tebet, South Jakarta, responsible for managing the company's budgeting, account payable, and tax functions to ensure accurate financial planning, timely payments, and regulatory compliance. This role oversees budget preparation and monitoring, manages vendor payments and expense controls, and ensures all tax obligations are fulfilled accurately and on time.

The Finance Lead will work closely with department heads to prepare annual and monthly budgets, monitor budget utilization, analyze spending variances, and provide recommendations for cost optimization. This role is also responsible for overseeing the end-to-end account payable process, maintaining strong relationships with vendors, and ensuring timely and accurate payment execution.

Additionally, the Finance Lead will manage corporate tax compliance, including tax calculations, reporting, and coordination with external tax consultants when required. The role will establish and improve financial controls, maintain proper documentation, and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting and taxation regulations while supporting the company's operational growth.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience** in Finance, Accounting, or a similar role, with strong exposure to Budgeting Analysis, Account Payable, and Tax.
3. Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting.
4. Experience in budgeting, cash planning, and expense control.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
7. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
8. Experience in media, digital, startup, or creator economy industries is a plus.
