FINANCE JUNIOR MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Assist the Director Operational in managing and overseeing all daily and strategic financial functions across the Head Office, and Warehouse.

2. Ensure optimal management of company cash flow and mitigation of financial risks, while ensuring that financial operational processes (AP, AR, budget control and bank administration) run efficiently and in accordance with policies and targets established by management.

3. Manage Collection Results for routine expenses (Operational Costs, Local Trade Debt Payments / Imports, and Capex).

4. Manage Daily Cash Receipt (DCR).

5. Manage correspondence of Bank Facilities : loan, LC, TT and combined trade.

6. Supervise Petty Cash.

7. Supervise and approved Local Accounts Payable, either Central Purchases or Warehouse Purchases.

8. Daily, Weekly, Monthly Inflow vs Outflow Cashflow Report.

9. Manage/supervise Local and Imported Accounts Payable Outstanding Report.

10. Manage/supervise account payables, account receivables, collections, expenses etc.

11. Processing import payments, including coordination with the bank.

12. Review and approval of purchase requests for local and imported goods.

13. As PIC of PKPU (Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang).

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.

2. Min. 5 years’ experience as a Finance Junior Manager in a financial management position especially in distribution and trading company would be an advantage.

3. Living in the Serpong–Tangerang area.

4. Strong communication and presentation skills.

5. A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.

6. Critical thinking skills & problem-solving skills.

7. Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
