We're looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as a Finance Intern. In this role, you will support daily finance operations and ensure all financial processes are carried out accurately and on time.
Job Description
- Handle payment and collection processes
- Assist procurement and financial transaction processes
- Input and maintain General Ledger data accurately and completely
- Manage company petty cash
- Record daily financial transactions into the accounting system
- Organize and maintain financial documents properly
- Perform maker functions for internet banking transactions, including transaction input, payment processing, and supporting document verification before approval
- Ensure all finance operational activities run smoothly and timely
Additional Information
- Accounting or finance-related certifications will be an advantage
- Experience using accounting software is a plus
