Finance Intern

PT Kuka Home Furniture Indonesia (UNITWO) is looking for a Finance Intern!

Job Description:

- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.

- Perform data entry and support bookkeeping processes.

- Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and accounting records.

- Help ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.

- Support tax filings, including gathering required documents and verifying data.

- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities.

- Organize financial documentation for audit and reporting purposes.

- Collaborate with team members on process improvement initiatives.

- Learn and apply company policies and accounting standards.

- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

- Proficiency in English is a must

- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS is a plus).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas).

- Familiarity with financial software/tools is an advantage.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently when required.

- Availability to commit for a minimum of 3-6 months.

- Prior internship experience in finance, accounting, or tax is a plus but not mandatory.

- Willing to WFO in Penjaringan, North Jakarta
