- Assist in checking, recording, and organizing invoices from vendors and internal teams.
- Support the maintenance of accurate and well-organized financial documents, including invoices, contracts, tax documents, and supporting files.
- Assist in entering payment and financial data into the finance system accurately.
- Help verify invoice completeness (invoice number, date, amount, tax, and supporting documents).
- Support the monitoring of payment status and follow up on pending payments when required.
- Assist in identifying discrepancies and escalating them to the supervisor.
- Help prepare and organize finance documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Support the preparation of basic finance reports and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding invoice and payment-related matters.
- Gain exposure to basic Indonesian tax regulations (VAT/PPN, withholding tax/PPh, and tax invoices) while assisting with finance operations.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance team and assist with ad-hoc finance tasks, such as updating collections, preparing invoices, and other assigned responsibilities.
