About us:
OTO.com (automotive financing service marketplace) is a part of CarDekho SEA (India’s biggest digital automotive solutions provider). OTO.com operates the business across Indonesia and initially focuses on new car dealerships and expanding the new business unit for used car financing, re-financing, dealer inventory funding, multifinancing, and auto insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial reporting.
- Support invoice and payment processing.
- Maintain financial records and spreadsheets.
- Verify and organize invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Assist with data entry and filing.
- Support the Finance team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Help with ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
- Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Working type: Full-time internship for 3 months.
