Job Descriptions
- Assist the Finance team in preparing and maintaining financial records and documentation.
- Support daily finance and accounting administrative activities, including invoice and payment processing.
- Assist in monitoring company expenses, transactions, and reimbursements.
- Help prepare financial reports, summaries, and supporting documents.
- Perform data entry and ensure financial data is accurate and well-organized.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and transaction checking.
- Support the Finance team in preparing documents for monthly closing and other financial activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify finance-related documents.
Job Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers and data.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
