Are you an experienced finance professional looking for your next opportunity? English 1 Karawaci is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Staff to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare internal and external financial statements by consolidating data from the general ledger and various departments.
• Handle payments by accruing expenses, assigning account numbers, requesting disbursements, and reconciling accounts.
• Analyze financial data and prepare spreadsheet reports to support decision-making.
• Maintain general ledger and prepare weekly/monthly financial and consolidated reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly tax reports.
• Reconcile entries and prepare trial balances for the general ledger.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university with strong academic performance.
2. 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
3. Fast learner with strong analytical skills.
4. Communicative, detail-oriented, and organized.
5. Able to perform well under pressure.
6. Skilled in Microsoft Excel.
7. Ability to work on weekends (the off-days will be on Sunday, and between Monday to Wednesday)
8. Preferably resides in or near Tangerang
9. Willing to work onsite at English 1 Karawaci
