Job Description – Finance Staff
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the company's financial operations.
Responsibilities:
Record and manage petty cash and bank transactions accurately in the accounting system.
Prepare daily petty cash and bank transaction reports.
Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis.
Prepare and submit tax reports, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, and VAT (PPN).
Maintain and organize financial documents, payment vouchers, and supporting records.
Prepare and monitor cash advance reports.
Coordinate with the Sales Administration team to follow up on customer payments and outstanding receivables.
Assist in monthly closing activities and support financial reporting.
Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and comply with company policies.
Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
