Job Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor commercial budgeting and spending effectiveness
- Support business P&L management and financial performance analysis
- Collaborate with commercial teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Review trade spending, marketing budgets, and distributor claims
- Develop financial reports and provide insights to support business decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG finance, commercial controlling, or business controlling
- Experience in commercial budgeting, spending analysis, and business partnering
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Odoo)
- Experience supporting business P&L and financial planning activities
