Job Description:
- Manage petty cash and daily operational expenditures.
- Handle payments, reimbursements, and Account Payable (AP) transactions.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly cash reports.
- Perform cash reconciliation & ensure transaction document completeness.
- Support the Finance & Accounting team with financial administration.
- Receive, record, and reconcile all incoming payments (cash, credit, bank transfers).
- Verify and record transactions in accounting (SAP).
Requirement:
- Minimum graduate from Senior High School / Vocational in Accounting/Finance (is a must).
- Min 1 year experience in retail industry as cashier / finance will be advantage
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong numerical and accuracy skills.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with internal controls and audit processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Willing to rotate to warehouse as required by business needs
- Familiar with SAP will be advantage
- This position requires rotation between our HO office-Slipi and Warehouse-Daan Mogot location every months
