Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance processes.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- Manage invoicing and tax invoice processes accurately and timely.
- Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and follow up customer collections.
- Prepare daily collection reports and AR aging analysis.
- Handle sales return transactions and distribution financing administration.
- Manage bank and related finance documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, distributors, and internal teams regarding collection and AR matters.
- Ensure finance records are accurate and comply with company procedures.
- Support finance analysis and reporting as needed.
