Finance Associate Intern (Full-Time)

Wine Adore Indonesia is seeking a Finance Associate Intern to join our growing Finance & Operations team. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing day-to-day financial and operational processes within a dynamic wine distribution company. Depending on your background and interests, you will be assigned to one of the key functions: Finance or Accounting or Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finance

• Support payment process and bank transfer preparation
• Monitor and record petty cash transactions
• Assist in maintaining proper financial documentation for all payments and receipts
• Help with monthly expense reconciliation and internal financial reporting

2. Accounting

• Record daily sales, purchases, and expenses in the bookkeeping system
• Verify invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers before posting
• Organize and archive supporting accounting documents
• Assist during audits and internal financial reviews

3. Stock & Procurement

• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to confirm accuracy of purchase and sales transactions
• Maintain supplier records and payment schedules
• Support tracking of goods receipts and related supplier invoices
• Help ensure proper documentation and matching between stock movement and financial records

Requirements

• Based in Bali
• Indonesian citizen or permanent resident
• Final-year student or fresh graduate from Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a plus
