Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance Assistant Manager Fresh Factory
Job Description:
- Assist in overseeing daily finance operations and ensure all processes run in accordance with company SOPs.
- Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Support monthly closing processes and preparation of financial reports.
- Analyze financial reports and provide insights to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding operational and financial planning needs.
- Ensure payment processes and financial administration are completed accurately and on time.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Monitor and evaluate operational cost efficiency.
- Supervise and guide the finance team in daily activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with prior experience as Supervisor or Assistant Manager level.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management, AP/AR, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Willing to be placed in Head Office, South Jakarta.
