Finance & Tax Staff
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance & Tax Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of accounting and taxation, is familiar with Indonesian tax regulations, and is able to independently handle both company and individual tax reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage the company’s monthly and annual tax reporting and compliance.
- Prepare and submit the company’s Annual Corporate Income Tax Return (SPT Tahunan Badan) accurately and on time.
- Handle individual tax reporting for foreign employees/expatriates, including their annual individual tax returns.
- Ensure tax calculations, documentation, and reporting comply with applicable Indonesian tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial and tax records.
- Perform day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Prepare financial reports and support financial reconciliation.
- Assist with tax audits and respond to tax-related inquiries when required.
- Ensure all financial and tax data is properly recorded and documented.
- Use Accurate Accounting Software for accounting and financial reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum [2–3] years of experience in Finance & Tax/Accounting.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian and foreign tax regulations and tax compliance.
- Proven experience in preparing and filing Annual Corporate Tax Returns (SPT Tahunan Badan).
- Experience handling annual individual tax returns for foreign nationals/expatriates is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Accurate Accounting Software.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with foreign-owned companies or expatriate employees.
- Experience with Coretax, and other Indonesian tax systems.
- Tax certification such as Brevet A/B is a plus.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
