Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and payment processing.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and supporting documentation.
- Handle tax administration, including Income Tax (PPh), VAT (PPN), e-Faktur, and e-SPT.
- Maintain and organize company financial documents and records.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
- Communicate with external parties or overseas stakeholders when required.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related position.
- Strong understanding of taxation, including Income Tax (PPh), VAT (PPN), e-Faktur, e-SPT, and other tax regulations.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial data processing.
- Strong attention to detail, responsible, and analytical.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
