Finance & Tax Officer

Job Description

Adsvox is looking for a Finance and Tax Officer who can efficiently manage financial operations, taxation compliance, and business administration processes. This role will be integral in ensuring that the company operates within regulatory guidelines while maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage financial statements, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure timely tax filings (PPh, VAT, etc.) and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Manage payroll and employee benefits calculations.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to business operations and compliance.
• Provide legal support in areas such as contracts and business permits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1/D3) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, tax, or business administration.
• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with e-Faktur and e-SPT systems.
• Familiarity with business licensing processes in Indonesia.
• Knowledge of financial risk management and forecasting.
