Job Description
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
- Manage the company's cash flow.
- Accurately record financial transactions.
- Prepare budgets and supervise budget realization.
- Manage employee recruitment and selection process.
- Compile and manage employee administrative data.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and performance evaluation.
- Develop employee training and development programs
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or Psychology.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Understand accounting and taxation principles.
- Familiar with Labor Law and HRD practices.
- Able to operate MS Office, preferably experienced with accounting & HR software (for example: Jurnal, Talenta).
- Communicative, thorough, and have high integrity.
