The Prestige Group is a well-established distributor of luxury fragrances and cosmetics across Southeast Asia and Australasia. The Group currently represents around 40 luxury, prestige, and masstige brands, distributed through more than hundreds of doors, stores, and counters across seven countries: Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, and New Zealand.
Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Finance & HR Manager role based in West Jakarta. The role is responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting, while ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations. Additionally, this position will manage general HR functions, including employee relations, and office administration.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Retail industry is required.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for professional communication.
- Strong capabilities in preparing financial reporting.
- Strong financial management capabilities, including cash flow and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software of XERO or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience or knowledge in handling general HR operations.
