Finance & Business Development Analyst

We’re Hiring – Finance & Business Development Analyst 💼

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Business Development Analyst to be based in Jakarta.

This role will combine financial analysis, property development feasibility, financial modelling, and business development to support investment decisions and the growth of our property development projects.

The position will work independently and report directly to the Board of Management.

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Develop and maintain financial models for property development, feasibility studies, budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and investment analysis

🏗️ Conduct comprehensive property development feasibility studies, including land acquisition, development costs, project phasing, sales projections, cash flow, GDV, GDC, profit margin, IRR, NPV, and payback period

📈 Conduct market and competitor analysis to assess market potential, pricing, product positioning, and sales absorption

🏦 Evaluate potential land acquisition and property development opportunities, including financial feasibility, valuation, deal structure, and expected returns

💰 Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flow projections, funding requirements, and rolling forecasts

📋 Perform actual vs. budget analysis, identify key variances and risks, and provide recommendations to improve project profitability and cash flow

🤝 Support Business Development activities, including identifying and evaluating new property opportunities, partnerships, joint ventures, co-development, and profit-sharing opportunities

📑 Prepare business proposals, feasibility studies, investment analysis, financial models, and presentations** for management and potential partners/investors

🏢 Work closely with Planning, QS, Project, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to ensure project assumptions, costs, pricing, and financial projections are aligned

⚖️ Identify and assess financial, commercial, and project risks and provide recommendations to support informed decision-making

🗣️ Present financial analysis, project feasibility, investment recommendations, and business insights to the Board of Management

Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field

💼 Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance and/or Real Estate Business Development, with strong exposure to financial modelling, project feasibility, financial analysis, and financial control

🏗️ Strong experience in property development, real estate projects, land acquisition, project finance, or investment analysis

📊 Hands-on experience in financial modelling, cash flow projections, GDV, GDC, IRR, NPV, profitability analysis, pricing, and sales/revenue forecasting

💰 Strong understanding of development costs, project phasing, funding requirements, land valuation, and investment returns

🤝 Experience with Joint Venture, partnership, co-development, or profit-sharing structures is highly preferred

📈 Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business and investment recommendations

🗣️ Proficient in spoken and written English

💼 Highly independent, proactive, analytical, commercially minded, and detail-oriented

🤝 Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

✈️ Willing to travel for business and project requirements
